Publishers of Jose Silva's Mind Training programs

Katherine L. Sandusky, president of Avlis Publishing, went to work for Jose Silva shortly after graduating from high school in Laredo, and she has been involved in the Silva systems ever since. In addition to working full time, Kathy manages to maintain a 3.8 grade point average in college.

Kathy's partner, A. Victor Kovens, first took the Silva course in 1974. The following year the Silva techniques heled him get into the Guinness Book of World Records by flying around the world on commercial airlines in less time than anybody had ever done before. He has used the techniques in every area of his life.

Ed Bernd Jr., director of product development, moved to Laredo in 1981 when he was asked to come and edit the company's newsletter, and he has been there ever since. One of his first projects was editing Jose Silva's autobiography. In all he has worked on more than a dozen books with Mr. Silva, as editor, coauthor with Mr. Silva, or author.

Jose Silva personally supervised the production of many of the Avlis Publishing products before his passing. He also supervised and guided Ed in the development of specialized courses for athletes and for sales people. You can be sure that you are getting the genuine article when you see the Avlis name.
